Carole, along with dermatologists Dr. Sheldon Pinnell and Dr. Mostafa Omar, performed case studies at Duke University Medical Center for the development of the science-based SkinCeuticals skincare brand. Today, Carole is on the advisory board for SkinCeuticals (now a division of L’Oréal). Prior to founding SLR in 1996, Carole owned and operated day spas on Long Island, NY, for more than a decade.
